Week V: Social Proof Engine

Buyers trust what others say about you more than anything you say about yourself.

We’ve spent four weeks building your foundation. This week we show people what that foundation looks like through authentic client stories. In Week II you started collecting reviews — now we turn them into a growth engine. Don’t just collect proof, amplify it.

Why this matters

  • Buyers and sellers trust what others say about you more than what you say about yourself.
  • Reviews and testimonials are the digital version of word of mouth — 90%+ of buyers read them before choosing an agent.
  • Sharing a review turns a one-time thank-you into 24/7 marketing content.
  • People may forget your ad, but they remember what others said about you.

Repurpose one review a week

Take one review you’ve collected and post it this week — as a feed post or story. Add reviews to your bio, your website, and your email signature, and use Canva templates to keep the branding consistent. Consistent posts make you look active, trustworthy, and in demand.

Build your review library

Start saving every review — screenshots, copy, links — in a single doc or folder, organized by platform (Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook). This becomes your grab-and-go social proof resource, and it feeds directly into the Agent Tracker you’ll get in Week VIII. One central file means you never scramble to find a review again, and you’ll start spotting themes — clients praising your responsiveness, your calm, your communication — that you can lean into.

Make reviews part of every touch

A bare “Thanks for the review!” gets lost. Pair the screenshot with a branded graphic, a short story, and a call-to-action — and weave proof into your follow-ups:

“Thrilled to help the Johnson family find their first home! Reviews like this remind me why I love real estate. Thinking of buying soon? Let’s connect!”

Review inside a follow-up text

“Hi Sarah, following up on your CMA. Here’s what a recent client said: ‘Working with [Agent] made the whole process stress-free.’ I’d love to do the same for you!”

This Week’s 3 Steps

  1. 1Repurpose 1 review into a post or story this week (and add it to your bio, site, and signature).
  2. 2Block 15 minutes a week to build and organize your review library.
  3. 3Integrate a review into at least one client touch — a follow-up text, email, or consultation.

Pitfalls to Avoid

  • Don’t post a screenshot without a caption — context creates connection.
  • Don’t treat reviews as a one-and-done post; they’re conversation starters.
  • Don’t forget to reuse reviews in client follow-ups — proof is most powerful when it’s personal.

Your Weekly Rhythm

  • Repurpose 1 review per week.
  • 15 minutes a week building the review library.
  • Integrate reviews into client touches as you go.

If you only do these 3 steps this week — you win.

Picture 7 weeks from now: 12+ reviews shared and visible, each one a 24/7 mini-ad building trust while you sleep, turning happy clients into your loudest advocates.
