Week XII: Consolidate Wins & Growth

One year from now, your business will reflect what you choose to repeat.

This is the capstone. Visibility led to opportunity; expansion, consistency, and social proof led to connection; efficiency, momentum, care, and community led to conversion — and all of it leads to growth. This week we refine the system and carry it into next year. You didn’t just learn tactics; you built a system that can’t fail if you show up.

Why this matters

  • You’ve built a sustainable, relationship-based system — now it’s about repeating it on purpose.
  • The full cycle compounds: Visibility → Opportunity → Connection → Conversion → Growth.
  • Small steps got you here; big results are just the continuation of those same steps.

Lock in your four visibility pillars

Going forward, rotate four core pillars so your face, voice, or value shows up at least once a month: video, community, reviews, and open houses. Maintain your database by updating your SOI quarterly in the Agent Tracker, and keep your pipeline sharp by running a S.C.O.R.E. review monthly (Segment, Categorize, Organize, Review, Engage).

Your 12-month touch map

Turn the year into a simple, repeatable cadence:

  • Quarterly — a CMA or home-value update.
  • Monthly — a community or local event post.
  • Weekly — 2–3 database check-ins.
  • Ongoing — the video → review → story → referral cycle.

Keep the momentum — and celebrate

Dedicate one two-hour “Power Block” each week to follow-up, video, or outreach, and partner with another agent for accountability next year. Revisit your favorite week from this program and double down on that skill — your Agent Tracker, Pop-By, and S.C.O.R.E. tabs are your business foundation now.

Then take a minute to celebrate. What new habit are you most proud of building? Who have you reconnected with through your consistency? What one idea changed how you work? Post your biggest win in Slack with #smallsteps — we’d love to celebrate with you.

This Week’s 3 Steps

  1. 1Review your results with the Momentum Journal and complete your Growth Map for Q1–Q4.
  2. 2Build your 12-month touch map: quarterly CMA, monthly community post, weekly database check-ins.
  3. 3Set one personal and one professional goal, find an accountability partner, and post a win in Slack with #smallsteps.

Pitfalls to Avoid

  • Don’t stop the rhythm after the program ends — momentum only compounds when you keep showing up.
  • Don’t stop measuring — your Tracker is how you see what’s working.
  • Don’t go it alone — accountability is what makes the system stick.

Your Weekly Rhythm

  • Quarterly: CMA / value update + SOI database refresh.
  • Monthly: community post + S.C.O.R.E. review.
  • Weekly: 2–3 database check-ins + one 2-hour Power Block.

If you only do these 3 steps this week — you win.

One year from now, your business will reflect what you chose to repeat. You’ve gone from small steps to sustainable systems — build relationships, build systems, build momentum.
